(Painted for day 20 of 30 of the Leslie Saeta paint 30 paintings in 30 days challenge.)
Memories...It's been fun looking in some of my photo files for images to paint. I found these sheep photos from 2003 in my Judi Betts folder. She was at the Upstairs Gallery giving an sketchbook journaling class and some of the local high school ag students brought in animals for us to sketch. It was also the class where I met some of the future members of Canvas by Canvas, our collaborative painting group.
The title: Another line from the nursery rhyme "Little Boy Blue".

I love your sheep paintings. They make me smile! I grew up on a farm and raised sheep so it brings back memories.
I love your sheep paintings. I grew up on a ranch in Montana, and we raised sheep. Brings back memories. Your paintings make me smile. Thanks for getting me started on the 30 in 30 challenge. I follow your blog, and you're the reason that I knew about Leslie Saeta's challenge. Although it's one of the hardest things I've ever done, I'm learning so much along the way, and have met some really nice artists because of it.
Thanks Jennifer and Karen. I appreciate your comments so much. Karen I'm glad you joined in the challenge. It's the first one for me also and yes, I agree it's hard to keep up.
