Sandbridge Apples

(Well I was in Virginia Beach and Sandbridge and for some reason - because of wifi that was a little wonky.. this was never posted and now I'm home doing watercolor illustrations for a book of poetry but I'm proud of my palette knife oil plein air apples.)
I'm in Virginia Beach painting with Leslie Saeta in a plein air workshop but it was a little windy yesterday so we stayed close to the beach house and painted apples around the swimming pool under a covered porch in Sandbridge VA.

I have joined hundreds of other artists for this September painting
challenge and we are trying to paint and post a painting each day. It
doesn’t have to be a finished piece but some piece of art each day. On
some of the larger commission pieces I have posted portions over a 3 day
period. On the smaller pieces I can do one a day.
I have written an ArtByte about the process of torn paper collage for the Daily Paintworks site
and it is ready for viewing HERE.
It has 10 pages with
more than 50 images. An ArtByte is a small online tutorial that may be
free or it's very affordable. Mine will be very affordable at $10.00 and
it's loaded with information . And/or I can answer any questions you
